Good to know 14-day evaluation period on selected plans: you order as usual and receive your devices. If you don't cancel before the evaluation ends, your subscription starts automatically; cancelling during the evaluation may incur a cancellation charge, shown to you before you confirm. Details in our Terms.

All plans include sensor hardware, replacement, cloud storage, in-app & email alerts, reports & logs, and enterprise-grade LoRaWAN. One gateway per site is required and billed per gateway alongside your plan. SMS alerts available as an add-on. Prices exclude VAT. 24-month plans save up to 29% vs. 12-month. After the minimum term, subscriptions renew for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled with 30 days' notice; evaluation cancellation and early termination charges per our Terms.
