Frigo AI: a note per sensor, in plain words.
Frigo AI reviews the recorded readings and alarms of each sensor and sends you a short note by email, weekly or monthly, as you choose. What was stable, what drifted, how long alarms lasted and what deserves a look. In English or German, depending on your language setting.

Weekly note · Display fridge · Minor
Two short alarms in the early afternoon, a recurring pattern. - Frigo AI
Weekly note · Server room A · Normal
A stable week, no alarms. - Frigo AI
Weekly note · Kitchen cold room · Normal
In range, one door opening longer than usual.

How a weekly note reads.
A few plain sentences instead of a chart you first have to interpret. The note sums up, describes what stands out and suggests what you could look at.

SummaryConditions in the display fridge were largely stable this week, averaging 5.4 °C. On two separate days there were short temperature alarms, each back in range within 25 minutes.
ObservationBoth alarms exceeded the 8.0 °C limit in the early afternoon and reached up to 11.2 °C. This looks like a recurring afternoon pattern.
RecommendationReview door use and loading around midday and watch for further afternoon peaks.

Three rules for weighing the evidence.
Ongoing alarms weigh most
An alarm that is still active or lasted a long time counts for more than a short one that has already resolved. A single brief alarm alone does not lead to a high rating.
Patterns beat outliers
Repeated alarms and peaks on several days say more than a single maximum or a good average.
Context matters
A fridge is judged as a fridge, a server room as a server room. The basis is your alarm limits and the usual expectations for that type of space. Frigo AI does not invent exact limits.
Twenty sensors, reviewed in a minute.
Every note carries one of six severity levels, increasing from left to right, so you can see in your inbox straight away which note to read first.
- Normal
Stable conditions, no meaningful concern.
- Indeterminate
Too little data for a meaningful assessment, for example after a radio interruption.
- Warning
Mild deviations, a single brief alarm or an early trend. Keep an eye on it.
- Minor
Recurring deviations or repeated alarms. Worth a check.
- Major
Sustained abnormal conditions, ongoing or repeated alarms. Investigate and act.
- Critical
The space no longer seems to serve its purpose, such as a fridge near room temperature for a long time. Act immediately.
Important: The severity level refers to the measurement behaviour at the sensor, not to the goods. Whether food, medicines or other goods are still usable is for you and your specialists to judge.

What Frigo AI is not.
- Not an alarm. Frigo reports limit breaches immediately, independently of Frigo AI. The note looks back on the week or month; it is not a real-time warning.
- Not professional advice. The note is for information. It replaces neither your own checks nor professional, regulatory or medical advice.
- Not error-free. Frigo AI interprets recorded readings. A note may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it; the decision stays with you.
- Not a diagnosis. Frigo AI deliberately does not assess equipment faults, spoilage or regulatory compliance. Whether a device is faulty is for a technician on site to establish.
What happens with your data.
For Frigo AI we currently use services from OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.). Only aggregated information is sent to the AI provider: average, minimum and maximum, daily peaks, alarm information and the name of the monitored space. Individual reading series are not transmitted. How this is governed is set out in our privacy policy and the data processing agreement (DPA). Frigo is operated by AMCO Trade & Finance AG in Zug; readings are hosted on EU infrastructure.
How Frigo measures, alerts and records is explained on How Frigo works. Why customers choose Frigo is on Why Frigo. More answers are in the FAQs.
Answered briefly.
How do I receive the Frigo AI note?
Currently by email. You decide which users of your Frigo account receive the note. It is written in English or German, depending on your language setting.
How many notes are included?
Every plan includes one note per sensor, weekly or monthly, whichever you choose, at no extra cost. Additional notes are booked with Frigo AI tokens; 300 tokens correspond to roughly one weekly note. You can see the current token price in the app.
Does the note replace an alarm?
No. Alarms go to the named people immediately when a value leaves your limit, independently of Frigo AI. The note looks back on the week or month.
What data is sent to the AI provider?
For Frigo AI we currently use services from OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.). Only aggregated information is transmitted: average, minimum and maximum, daily peaks, alarm information and the name of the monitored space. Individual reading series are not transmitted. Details are in the privacy policy and the DPA.
What does the severity level “Indeterminate” mean?
There was too little data for a meaningful assessment, for example after a radio interruption. In that case, check whether the sensor is sending normally.
Is the note professional advice?
No. Frigo AI interprets recorded readings. The note may be incomplete or inaccurate and replaces neither your own checks nor professional, regulatory or medical advice. Responsibility remains with the operator.
