Which environments does Frigo monitor?
Any critical physical space where conditions matter — cold storage and freezers, kitchens and back-of-house, server rooms and technical infrastructure, pharmacy and vaccine storage, hospital and lab environments, transport and cold chain, basements and archives, hospitality common areas. One platform covers all of them.
Can Frigo monitor a server room?
Yes. Server rooms and technical infrastructure are a primary use case. Sensors monitor temperature and humidity continuously, alert on threshold breaches, and keep a complete operational record for SLA evidence and incident review.
Can Frigo monitor pharmacy or vaccine storage?
Yes. Pharmacy and vaccine storage are core use cases. Continuous monitoring with traceable records supports regulatory and audit requirements for medication storage.
Does Frigo support HACCP documentation?
Yes. Frigo automatically captures temperature and event data in formats suitable for HACCP self-monitoring. It also integrates pest monitoring — a capability rare among monitoring platforms — making Frigo particularly suited to gastronomy and food retail compliance.
What can Frigo's sensors measure?

Is hardware included in the subscription?
Yes. Hardware is included in every plan, and replacement is covered when needed. No surprise capital expenditure, no quietly-expiring sensor licences.
Do I need a gateway?
Not always. Frigo uses LoRaWAN, a long-range low-power wireless protocol with up to 16 km range in line-of-sight conditions. A single gateway typically covers an entire site. When a gateway is required, it is included.
How fast can I install Frigo?
Most self-serve setups complete in under five minutes per sensor. For larger multi-site deployments, on-site activation and configuration support are available.
Which alert channels are included?
In-app and email alerts on every plan. SMS alerts are available as an add-on. Smart escalation chains can be configured per site, so if the first contact does not respond, the next is alerted automatically.
Can Frigo be used across multiple locations?
Yes. Frigo is designed for multi-site environments. One workspace, many sites — with role-based access for each.
Where is Frigo data hosted?
On EU infrastructure, under European law. Data residency stays within the EU. On-premise hosting is available on request for non-EU clients.
In which countries is Frigo available?
Initial markets are Europe, Australia, Canada with always growing markets. The platform is available in multiple languages.
